Biff has been doing photography on the Outer Banks for over 20 years, is a two time past president of OBWA, PPA member, and enjoys car racing, coaching basketball, and traveling to places and unique cultures. "My favorite weddings are action filled and emotional with lots of laughs and tears and hugs and dancing. While you are busy enjoying your sorority sisters I am sneaking around looking for the right light and angles to catch that silly grin, knowing wink, or furtive kiss forever. And when the light gets right I'll be there at your elbow as we head to the beach, just the two of you and an incredible place to show your love. You make the memories, I'll make them last."
