Our Commitment To Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
In other words, we hate spam as much as you do, maybe more! So we won't share any of your info with anyone unless you say it's ok!
The Information We Collect:
This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the Shooters at the Beach website and our online ordering website. On some pages, you can order products and make requests. The types of personal information collected at these pages are:
Name
Address
Email address
Phone number
Credit/Debit Card Information
(etc.)
In other words, as much as we love our customers, we don't want to know your real age, hair color, or weight. We don't want to know your family income averaged over the last 3 years, what magazines you read, or when you intend to purchase your next car. That being said, have you ever considered the value of investing in your family with a handsome set of leather-bound encyclopedias?
The Way We Use Information:
We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
In other words, remember your passwords, and if you don't trust the internet, give us a call to order!
Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
In other words, we are not part of the Barney/Spongebob marketing program so we don't sell to kids anyway. And we will ignore any orders where the card signature is written "My Mommy" in crayon.
How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information
You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by calling us at 252.480.2395.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
In other words, well, actually you can't access your info, and neither can anyone else! But if you move and place an order without a new address you'll likely see your portraits on the wall when the new owners invite you to the housewarming party! So it's up to you to keep us up to date.

Return/Refund Policy
Since each print or product is custom made for you we cannot give refunds. However, if a product is defective on receipt just notify us within 10 days and we will tell you how to return it for an exchange.
Reservations Policy
As of January 2020 Shooters will be collecting credit card information and charging a $100 deposit on the shoot. If you need to cancel your appointment more than 7 days prior to your sitting you will be refunded the deposit. If you cancel your sitting between 7 days and 3 business days prior to your sitting, refunds are at Shooters discretion, based on rebooking your time slot. Cancellations with less than 3 business days notice or no-shows will be charged the full amount of your sitting fee.
We are sorry to have to do this, we have always trusted our customers (as they have trusted us) to show up for a great time and great photos. Some recent guests have chosen to cancel due to bad hair, or simply not show up while we have been having to say no to some very wonderful folks due to a full schedule. Our intent is to make certain that our customers share our desire to meet and enjoy making great family memories with Shooters. Uncontrollable circumstances like rain and illness happen, and if we aren't able to reschedule we'll issue a refund for the deposit or hold it for the next time you're coming down.
